I know I'm a couple of days early, but if the parade is today I can celebrate today. Started this in the crockpot at 3:30 this morning and it was done by 11:00 just in time for lunch. I have a second brisket that i plan on cooking tomorrow. Not seen in the picture was the soda bread and the green river soda.
